It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied with your Phuket Natural Latex purchase you can return it within 30 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
No-nonsense return policy
Return the item in their original packaging within 30 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
- Purchases made with cash: a cash refund will be issued.
- Purchases made with a credit card: credit will be issued to the original card. The original card must be presented at the time of return.
Our 30-day return policy does not apply to damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal, and products damaged after leaving the store.
There are four main parts of returning your orders and return policy.
1: POLICY & CONTACT
Please read the below requirement and information. Then, please contact us to receive the instruction for your return. Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were given, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. So we can process your return correctly. Without your order number, we cannot confirm that the order comes from which customer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
– We have to pay for the shipping at delivery for your return product. If applicable, we will need to deduct the shipping cost we have to pay toward your refund. Exchanges (if applicable) we currently do not offer exchanges. Gifts we do not now provide rebates if your item was a gift.
2: SHIP TO RETURN
To return your product, please send an email to email@example.com, and we will give you further instructions. Depending on your address or case, we will have you either send the product back to us or donate to nearby Charity or non-profit organizations. We will instruct you based on your case, so please contact us to assist you. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping charged to us will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). A restocking fee may be applied. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. DONATE TO RETURN
If we instruct you for donation to return, we will help you find a donation location near your location, but you’re welcome to donate to any organization you’d like to support. After your product is presented, you will need to email us a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt. We’ll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your payment card or account.
4: WE RECEIVE WE REFUND.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The restocking fee may be applied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, which can take 7-10 business days for the refund to be back in the account. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Contact your credit card company; it may take some processing time.
